We can choose a nut and bolt and learn how to turn and twist them together. Sort them out by colour or shape, matching them up and twisting them together. How many different shapes are there? Is that a square or a cross shape? Count out the 24 nuts and bolts to practise your numbers. These durable pieces are ideal for little hands to have fun while playing and learning new skills.

Learning to twist and turn the nuts and bolts helps develops little one’s fine motor skills and coordination in their hands and wrists while the different shapes and colours encourages problem solving.
